The place was reasonably clean with amazingly kind and exceptionally nice staff members. The staff were ready to help, and the services were terrific. It included nice restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Lovely old and fabulous place to stay 2 km away from a cathedral church. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Perfect location, very nice area, near to old Venice, and all the main sights. Excellent meal and great service. The easy check-in process too. What a good stay, no complains at all

Thanks very much everyone for a perfectly pleasant stay as our last night in Italy after travelling for 3 weeks. The location was super central, decent to walk through there while the fish market is open.

The breakfast with unlimited coffee, pastry and delicious fresh croissants was sensational and exceptionally nice, had so much to choose from. The location was marvellous - minutes from restaurants and bars. The hotel was minutes from a central market and a church.

It has PERFECT, easy setting, short walk to very clean, the outdoor market and bridges.

Spotless room with a bath, a king sized bed, as for instance, the staff were ready to help. The food was appetising and the location was stunning. San Polo district was worth exploring.

Fabulous central and the best location - a short way from everywhere we needed. We really enjoyed the proximity to shopping streets and a local market in Venice. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was good for lunch and dinner.

This hotel was located in a super central area adjacent to local market, the Rialto bridge and vaporetto's stop and major attractions. There was lots of food for breakfast, including croissants, toast, and cereals.

I came here for 3 nights and had an excellent stay. Reasonably clean hotel, I appreciated extremely friendly and really friendly staff. Stayed in functional quadruple room with a view. I had a satisfactory breakfast with fresh pastry's.

Everything was excellent, the service was great. My room was immaculately clean and airy with a bath as described. The hotel was comfortable and absolutely charming and in a super central location. It was across the residential area.

The location was absolutely perfect, tucked away from the crowded areas but still close to all the major attractions. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the charm of the old building, with its beautiful decorations and maintained features. The view from the top floor was breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was good with fresh pastry's, and all the food was delicious! The location was marvellous for walking around an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. The area was central very close to bus stop, bars, cafes, and San Marco square, center of Venice and fish market, shopping, and restaurants.
